Nina Barnett

Nina Barnett will appear in Sophie Heldman’s award winning feature THE EDUCATION OF JANE CUMMING which will be released in early 2027 after having it’s world premier at the 2026 Berlinale film festival.

Nina also starred opposite Koki and Jack Lowden in John Maclean’s 2025 feature TORNADO. Her other screen credits include the BBC TV adaptation of GRANDPA’S GREAT ESCAPE and National Theatre of Scotland’s BAFTA nominated the THE STRANGE CASE OF DR JEKYLL AND MR HYDE.

Nina is a 2024 graduate of Rose Bruford’s Acting Foundation course. During her time there she was seen on stage as Irina in THREE SISTERS and Sebastian in Shakespeare’s THE TEMPEST.

She is also a current member of the National Youth Theatre.

Nina is a singer, dancer and piano player. She has performed in many musicals and was most recently seen in THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe where she played Marcy Parks.
